Event QR Code Download

Administrators can easily generate and download QR codes for all events. These QR codes are used by attendees to mark their attendance quickly by scanning them using the Presence mobile or web app.

Accessing the QR Code

Each event created from the admin dashboard automatically generates a unique QR code. To access it:

1. Open the Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Events and select the desired event.
3. Click on View QR Code.

The QR code will appear on the screen.

Downloading the QR Code

Once the QR code is displayed:

1. Click the Download button below the QR code.
2. The QR code will be saved as an image (.png) to your device.

This image can now be printed or shared digitally.

Sharing the QR Code

There are multiple ways to share the downloaded QR code:

• Digital Sharing: Send via WhatsApp, email, or any other messaging platform.
• Physical Display: Print the QR code and place it at the event entry.

Attendees can scan it using their Presence app to mark their attendance.

Security Notes

• QR codes are event-specific. Do not reuse QR codes across different events.
• Sharing QR codes outside intended audiences may lead to unverified attendance records.
