What platforms does Presence support?

Presence is available as an Android mobile application and can also be accessed via any modern web browser.

How do I download the Presence app?

You can download the Android app directly from the Presence website. Web access requires no installation.

Can users register themselves?

No. Only admins can create user accounts. There is no self-registration feature.

How do users log in?

Users log in using email and password credentials created by the admin. OTP or other login methods are not supported.

Does Presence support real-time attendance updates?

Yes. Attendance data is updated in real time using Firebase.

Can admins share event details?

Yes. Event QR codes can be downloaded as images and shared through any channel.

Are attendance reports downloadable?

Yes. Admins can download attendance reports in Excel format and share them.

Does Presence send announcements to users?

Announcement delivery is supported according to the pricing plan subscribed.

What is the technology stack behind Presence?

Presence uses Firebase Firestore for the backend, Cloudinary for image storage, and Firebase Realtime features.

Are there any extra costs?

Firebase Pro plan requires credit card details. This cost is not included in Presence pricing plans.
