View Attendance History

Stay informed about your presence across events with the built-in attendance history tracker. This helps you verify your participation and understand your attendance patterns.


Accessing Your Attendance History

Every user can view their personal attendance record directly in the Presence mobile app or web interface.

Steps to Access:

  1. Login using your email and password provided by your admin.
  2. On the Home or Dashboard, locate and tap "My Attendance" or "Attendance History".
  3. You’ll see a list of all the events you’ve attended.

Each entry shows:

  • Event name
  • Date and time of attendance
  • Event type (instant or scheduled)
  • Your check-in status

Filtering and Searching

To find specific attendance entries, use the filtering or search options:

  • Search by event name
  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by event type (Instant / Scheduled)

These tools make it easier to review past attendance records without scrolling through long lists.


Attendance Record Limitations

  • Only events you've successfully scanned for will appear.
  • Events deleted by the admin may no longer show in your history.
  • If attendance was marked manually by the admin, it will still appear.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing Attendance? Double-check that the QR scan was successful at the event.
  • Not Showing? Ask your admin to verify your attendance was recorded in the system.

By regularly checking your attendance history, you stay accountable and can verify that your presence is being tracked accurately at all events.
