Schedule Event

Scheduling events in advance allows admins to prepare and publish QR codes for attendance ahead of time. This ensures smooth execution during actual events.


Accessing Scheduled Events

To create a scheduled event:

  1. Login to the admin dashboard using your credentials.
  2. From the main menu, click "Events".
  3. Select "Schedule Event" from the top-right or appropriate section.

Creating a Scheduled Event

  1. Enter Event Title: Use a clear and unique name for easy identification.
  2. Select Event Date: Choose a future date for the event.
  3. Set Start Time and End Time: Specify the exact time window during which attendance will be allowed.
  4. Save: Click the "Create Event" button.

Once created, a unique QR code will be generated for this event, which becomes active only during the scheduled time frame.


Editing or Deleting Scheduled Events

  • Go to the Events section.
  • Use the filter to locate scheduled events.
  • Click Edit to update any information.
  • Click Delete to remove an event permanently.

Editing time or date will regenerate the QR code. Share the new code accordingly.


Best Practices

  • Schedule events at least a day in advance.
  • Verify time zones match your event location.
  • Share QR codes only with the intended attendees.

Scheduled Event Restrictions

Scheduled events cannot be converted into instant events once created. Plan accordingly.
