Getting started

Supported Platforms

Presence is built to offer a seamless experience across supported devices and platforms, ensuring accessibility, performance, and usability for both mobile and web users.


Platform Availability

Presence is currently available through two platforms:

Android Application

  • Available for download directly from the official Presence website.
  • Optimized for performance across a wide range of Android devices.
  • Requires Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher.

Not available on Google Play Store

The Presence app is distributed independently and is not published on the Google Play Store.

Web Browser

  • Fully responsive web application accessible via modern browsers.

  • Supported browsers include:

    • Google Chrome (v90 and above)
    • Mozilla Firefox (v88 and above)
    • Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)
    • Safari (v14 and above)

Presence can be used on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices via the browser with full access to all user and admin functionalities.


System Requirements

To ensure optimal performance:

For Android:

  • Android OS 8.0 or above
  • Minimum 2 GB RAM
  • Internet connectivity (WiFi or mobile data)

For Web:

  • Modern browser with JavaScript enabled
  • Internet connectivity
  • Desktop resolution of 1024px and higher for admin dashboard features

Offline Access

Presence does not support offline mode. A stable internet connection is required for all features to function correctly.


Platform Limitations

  • iOS is not supported currently. iOS users can access Presence only through the web browser.
  • Desktop application is not available.

Presence continues to evolve and platform support will expand based on demand and user feedback.
